General Rental Conditions
The lessor WOW OTOMOTİV TURİZM GIDA İNŞAAT SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ leased the vehicle defined in this lease agreement (to be specified as "vehicle" in this agreement) to the TENANT whose name and address are mentioned in the agreement. WOW AUTOMOTIVE TOURISM FOOD CONSTRUCTION IND. VE TİC. LTD. STI. Hereinafter referred to as WOWCAR in this agreement.
The TENANT declares and undertakes to use the vehicle in accordance with the conditions specified in this contract (rental period, place of return, etc.), to pay the rental fee and to accept the general sales conditions. By signing the contract, the TENANT accepts all obligations arising from and belonging to himself. All notifications made to the address declared by the TENANT on the contract will be considered valid.
The rented vehicle is used only by the persons specified in the rental agreement and delivery form. In the use of the vehicle, no warranty will cover the damages that may occur due to the use of the vehicle by any third party not specified in the contract. If you want to add extra drivers, you can contact our offices. Any changes or additions to the terms and conditions of the contract are void if not in writing.
The TENANT agrees and undertakes in advance that the contractual and legal payments arising from the leasing are withdrawn from the credit card submitted at the beginning of the lease.
Invoices to be issued due to this rental agreement will be issued electronically in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law and will be sent to the e-mail address notified by the TENANT. The TENANT accepts and undertakes in advance that he/she knows and approves this situation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an external paper invoice will not be served to the TENANT. All responsibility for the accuracy of the e-mail address notified by the TENANT belongs to the TENANT. Incorrect reporting of e-mail address, out of use, etc. In the event that the invoice cannot be forwarded, the TENANT agrees and undertakes that he/she cannot make a request from WOWCAR under any name. In this case, WOWCAR will not have any responsibility.
The TENANT vehicle, its spare wheel, all tires, documents belonging to the vehicle, accessories and equipment, together with the vehicle received in the city where the vehicle is rented or

Additional Products and Services
The TENANT can purchase a navigation device, baby seat, snow tire, etc. for the rented vehicle. If he/she requests additional services, he/she is obliged to pay the additional fee. Usage and Usage of the Vehicle
The tool will not be used in the ways described below:
a) In the carriage of passengers or goods in return for an explicit or hidden income,
b) Pushing or pulling any vehicle or trailer,
c) By a person who has taken alcohol or drugs, or by a driver who is not specified as an additional driver,
d) In the transport of substances contrary to customs legislation and other laws or in other illegal works,
e) In motor sports (including racing, speed determination, rally, endurance and speed trials),
f) In the transportation of cargo/goods that will damage the vehicle and exceed the loading limit,
g) Taking into account the brand and model of the vehicle, in places and conditions (land, mountainous terrain, sand, swamp, stream bed, etc.) that are not suitable for the purpose of renting, and in places and roads that are not suitable for their technical structure and endurance other than their purpose, in short, unusual and in unsuitable road conditions,
DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RENTAL AGE LIMITATIONS
In order to benefit from the young driver package, the following conditions must be met.
In order to rent vehicles in the economic group, it is normally required to be at least 21 years old and have a driver's license for 2 years. People who are 20 years old and have a driver's license for 1 year can rent a car from the economic group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent vehicles in the middle group, it is normally required to be at least 24 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years. Persons between the ages of 21-24 and who have a driver's license for 2 years can rent a vehicle from the middle group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent the vehicles in the upper group, it is normally required to be at least 27 years old and have a driver's license for 4 years. Persons between the ages of 24-27 and who have a driver's license for 3 years can rent a vehicle from the upper group by paying the Young Driver fee.
Super Mini Damage Insurance is mandatory for the young driver application. WOWCAR reserves the right not to implement the young driver application.
Motor Insurance Coverage and Obligations
- The TENANT will provide Mini Damage Assurance, Super light damage assurance, Medium damage assurance, Premium damage assurance, Glass Headlight Mirror Assurance, Voluntary Financial Liability, Personal Accident Insurance costs of the optional items that the TENANT accepts by signing, on the condition that WOWCAR pays the TENANT the price. Assurance packages, one-way fee that may arise at the end of the rental, and the taxes applied by law, in case the vehicle is delivered at a lower fuel level than the fuel level received, at least 25% of the missing fuel price together with the fuel amount,
- In case the TENANT prefers the exempted liability assurance package during the car rental by paying the price; TENANT TO WOWCAR
In case of providing the documents (accident report, alcohol report, etc.) required to be provided in the contract and in the legal legislation regarding the accident that occurred during the rental contract in full and submitting it to WOWCAR, it is required to pay the amount of the damage and loss amount in the said accident within the scope of the exemption amount to be determined by WOWCAR. will be liable. The amounts above this amount will be evaluated by WOWCAR within the scope of the general insurance conditions, including the content and limits of WOWCAR's policy.
- In case the TENANT pays the cost of the Additional Insurance Package and prefers it;
- In the event that the TENANT provides WOWCAR with the documents (accident report, alcohol report, etc.) required to be provided in the contract and legal legislation regarding the accident in full within the framework of the Additional Insurance Package and submits it to WOWCAR, the general insurance is within the content and limits of the WOWCAR policy. conditions will be considered.
- In case the TENANT pays the cost of the Additional Insurance Package and prefers it; For the damage amounts below a certain amount determined by WOWCAR, the TENANT shall not pay for the amounts below the amount determined by WOWCAR as a result of creating a correct and complete written statement to WOWCAR without the need for a report. If there are issues that are not covered by the policies and/or are not accepted in accordance with the general insurance conditions (for example;
- The RENT's driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to provide accident reports and minutes, alcohol report, etc. If so, the entire cost of the said damage will be paid by the TENANT.
- If the TENANT does not accept the Additional Insurance package if he has an accident, the amount he is responsible for, but in case of an accident, if the TENANT has been penalized for alcohol, drugs or any other reason (non-compliance with the general traffic rules), WOWCAR will be responsible for the damage caused by the accident from the TENANT. earns the right to demand the repair costs, together with the compensation for all the costs incurred due to the accident. - It is blocked from the TENANT's credit card. The TENANT agrees in advance that he will not object to the collections of rent, damage and loss amount made with pre-authorisation.
- If the vehicle under the lease of the TENANT is stolen, he is obliged to pay the cost of the vehicle or equipment according to the current purchase costs.
- The following matters are not covered by the insurance and are not covered by the insurance. For this reason, these issues must be covered by the TENANT.
• Tire splitting regardless of accident,
• Damages caused by rim Theft of rim cover and spare wheel
• Damage to licenses, license plates, fire extinguishers and equipment
• Loss of the vehicle key and/or damage to the vehicle key due to use
• Any damage to the vehicle that is not covered by the warranty.
- General motor insurance rules apply in case of theft of vehicles, in cases where insurance companies such as plagiarism do not qualify as theft, cannot be included in the scope of motor insurance and insurance companies do not make payments, the TENANT agrees to pay the vehicle price and other damages in advance.
- WOWCAR cannot be held responsible for compensation for items stolen or stolen from inside the vehicle.
- The TENANT is obliged to pay the damage costs that are not covered by the Compulsory Traffic Insurance given to 3rd parties. However, the TENANT is exempt from the said damage amount (within the Insurance General Conditions of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey) in the amount of the amount specified for the rented vehicle in the IMM policy, in case the TENANT pays the Optional Financial Liability Assurance Premium specified in this rental agreement. The TENANT is solely responsible for the parts exceeding this amount.
- The TENANT is exempt from the amount of the amount covered by the Personal Accident Insurance that he paid the premium amount at the time of the rental agreement. The TENANT is solely responsible for the parts exceeding this amount.
- The TENANT accepts and approves the cost of mechanical and electrical damage and loss caused by misuse or carelessness. Such damages and damages, including mechanical and electrical characteristics, are not covered by the vehicle insurance policy and warranty.
- The TENANT accepts that he has received the vehicle in question in good condition, both mechanically and in terms of bodywork, and that there is no damage or accidental traces on the vehicle. (except those specified in the rental agreement and vehicle delivery form) in the vehicle received by the TENANT in sound and good condition,
We agree to pay all damages, losses and penalties, including all kinds of mechanical, electrical and other 3rd parties' claims, which are not demanded or collected from insurance companies within the scope of traffic insurance rules due to misuse and/or carelessness, negligence, at the first request. and commits
- The TENANT agrees to pay the exemption fee specified in the table below according to the vehicle groups in case of unilateral or double sided accidents. In case of accident or theft, it is necessary to call the support line 0850 888 0 969 and get the official report / memorandum. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the TENANT.
Tire burst, glass breakage, rim damage are not covered by the exemption insurance. In the event of such damages, the damage costs that may occur will be paid by the TENANT.
When the vehicle is not used by the TENANT, the TENANT is obliged to take the necessary measures to prevent possible accidents or thefts and to lock the doors of the vehicle. If the vehicle is stolen, the TENANT will be relieved of responsibility if he proves that he has taken the necessary precautions by returning the vehicle's license and keys and has informed the relevant police authorities.
- The vehicle used by the TENANT and mentioned above is protected by traffic insurance conditions. If the TENANT wishes to provide protection for himself, third parties and the rented vehicle with the guarantees of damage, discretionary financial liability and personal accident, he has the right to benefit from the security premiums of them separately and in addition, by paying in advance. Otherwise, all kinds of administrative, criminal and legal (compensations, penalties, etc.) responsibility will belong exclusively to the TENANT. However, the TENANT is obliged to pay the damages incurred as a result of the impacts on the upper parts of the vehicle or body (by a bridge, balcony, branch or any object), even if he has accepted the traffic insurance and damage assurances. Although the TENANT has accepted the damage exemption assurance (Damage, Voluntary Liability Assurance and Personal Accident Insurance), in case the vehicle is damaged under the following conditions, he agrees to cover the damage liability and related expenses without objection:
a) If he is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at the time of the accident,
b) In cases where the legal speed limit is exceeded (indication that the accident occurred due to speeding in the accident detection report),
c) In cases where the traffic accident record is not issued and the alcohol report is not received and/or in deliberate accidents,
d) In case of using a vehicle contrary to traffic laws,
e) In case of accidents and/or damages that occur as a result of the use of the vehicle by people other than the TENANT and the driver(s) determined as an additional driver in the rental agreement,
f) In cases where the price of the insurance policies of the Association of Turkish Insurance and Reinsurance Companies is not paid in accordance with the general conditions and/or the insurance companies do not pay for any reason.
- The RENTER and other authorized drivers (additional driver) have to take the following precautions to protect the interests of WOWCAR's insurance company in case of an accident during the rental period:
a) To obtain the names and addresses of the relevant persons and witnesses,
b) To obtain the photocopy of the driver's license, license and traffic insurance policies of the party(s) in double-sided accidents, and in cases where the photocopy is not possible, the information (driving license number, the province where it was issued, traffic insurance policy numbers and the name of the insurance company, etc.)
c) Not accepting responsibility and guilt,
d) Not to leave the vehicle without taking adequate safety precautions,
e) In the event of an accident resulting in material, fatal or bodily damage, immediately notifying the nearest police officers or relevant authorities,
f) To deliver the accident notification and related minutes and reports to WOWCAR within 6 hours at the latest,
- Material damages to third parties and passengers in the vehicle, treatment expenses are limited to the vehicle's compulsory traffic insurance limits, and all responsibilities and liabilities that exceed the policy limits and/or occur, including material and moral damages, belong to the TENANT.
- Since WOWCAR does not manufacture the vehicle, it cannot be held responsible in any way for the losses that may occur as a result of mechanical or manufacturing faults of the vehicle or its spare parts.
- In cases where the vehicle is banned from traffic and/or prevented from entering traffic due to the TENANT, in cases where the vehicle is not allowed to be used, loss of earnings for unused days, all parking costs in case the vehicle is towed to the parking lot, judicial and administrative penalties are issued, these fines, the reason for being banned from traffic All damages that have arisen and will arise with it, etc. All expenses will be borne by the TENANT. WOWCAR will also perform the necessary procedures regarding the pick-up of the vehicle from the parking lot and the follow-up of its process, and the costs incurred in relation to these procedures will be covered by the TENANT. WOWCAR will invoice these costs to the TENANT together with the rental fee as a service fee, and the TENANT will be responsible for the rental period of WOWCAR.
It accepts and undertakes that it will cover all damages that have arisen or will arise as a
- The TENANT accepts and undertakes that the leased vehicles will not be rented to another person or organization in any way, and that they will not be used or sold to a person whose name is not written on the lease agreement and general rental conditions, regardless of the reason and condition. If the contrary is determined, the damage guarantees of WOWCAR will not be valid and all damages and losses will be borne by the TENANT. In addition, if it is determined that the vehicle has been rented or used by another person, WOWCAR reserves the right to charge a penalty fee up to 5 times the vehicle rental fee invoiced for the relevant vehicle. In the event that the vehicle in question is sold or attempted to be sold to another person, WOWCAR shall reserve the right to demand and collect a fee at least equal to the value of the vehicle as a penal clause. The TENANT agrees and undertakes to meet such requests of WOWCAR in cash and at once, at the first request.
- The TENANT shall not use the vehicle(s) delivered to him for any purpose other than the purpose written in the registration and traffic documents and/or the intended use determined by this contract, primarily for the purpose of transporting cargo or passengers in a way that can be interpreted for commercial gain, and that it is given for use within the scope of this contract Also, if it goes beyond the intended use herein, all kinds of responsibilities and risks that will arise within the framework of all applicable legal regulations, including the Highway Traffic Law and the Road Transport Law, will be solely its own, and that any administrative, judicial, penal sanction that may come to WOWCAR for any reason and in any way. He knows that he can immediately recourse to himself, together with his ancillaries, of the responsibilities and damages incurred, and he accepts all the issues as they are.
- If the TENANT carries goods and passengers, WOWCAR cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur to the transported goods or passengers, the responsibility belongs exclusively to the TENANT and/or its driver. In the event that the RENTER performs this transportation illegally, all kinds of administrative and judicial penalties directed to WOWCAR will be invoiced to the RENTER. In addition, the rental fee will be charged during the day the vehicle subject to the contract is banned from traffic, and the additional costs that may arise in relation to this matter and all losses incurred or to arise will be borne by the TENANT.
- The TENANT will make the payments by credit card, mail order or bank transfer. In addition, TENANTs working with a current account will make their payments within 7 days after the invoice is issued. The TENANT agrees, declares and undertakes to pay a default interest amounting to twice the advance interest rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) from the invoice date, without the need for any warning or notice, in case of non-payment of the rental fee, other fees under the contract and legal payments.
Rental Details
Vehicle Delivery
The reservation you have made has been confirmed according to the vehicle group and no brand and/or model guarantee is given. If the vehicle or equivalent you requested cannot be allocated to you, a free upgrade or a price update can be made for a downgrade. Submitting your flight number will make it easier for us to follow up on possible delays and updates on your flight. If you have not come to pick up the vehicle even though it has been 1 hour since you will pick up the vehicle, if you cannot be reached or if the reservation cannot be confirmed, the relevant reservation may be cancelled.
Rental Period:
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. This period can be kept higher in periods such as peak season and public holidays. A daily limit may be applied to leased vehicles under the Fair Use Policy.
Late Delivery:
If your vehicle is returned 2 hours or more from the booked time, the daily rate for the day will be included in the rental agreement.

Early Delivery
If the vehicle is returned before the reservation date after receipt, no refund will be made.
Fuel:
Please return the vehicle with the amount of fuel you bought.
One Way Rental:
Returning the vehicle from the rental city to a different city where the WOWCAR office is located is subject to WOWCAR's approval and an additional fee. Since the additional fee varies according to the region/office, you can get information by calling our call center.
RESERVATION
Extension of the Rental Period
If an extension is requested within the reservation period after the end of the rental period, the price will be recalculated by the system and the additional amount will be charged to the credit card of the tenant specified at the beginning of the rental period.
The TENANT shall apply to WOWCAR for all extensions and obtain WOWCAR's approval. In extensions made without approval, it has been accepted by the parties that the TENANT has unlawfully confiscated the vehicle. For day extensions to be made upon the request of the lessee, the price can be recalculated in the WOWCAR System and an extension can be made with a price higher than the first rental/Day amount. This is related to current occupancy.
Cancellation and Refund
The reservation can be canceled at any time before the start time. If there are any payments made before the reservation starts, they are refunded unconditionally and without interruption.
Findeks Inquiry
When necessary, Findeks inquiries and provisioning can be made during the rental, valid for our customers who will rent a car for the first time from our company. You can find the provision amount according to the vehicle class on our website. The return period of the provision is 24 days from the date of receipt of the vehicle. Our customers whose Findeks data are not suitable may not be able to rent. The findex process is done in the same way for the second driver that comes with the original driver to which findex is applied. Findeks is not processed for our customers coming from abroad.
You can call our call center to find out in advance whether your Findeks data is suitable for car rental from our company. However, the availability of your findeks data does not mean that the car rental process will definitely be made.

ŞTİ. accepts, declares and undertakes that it is authorized to take a precautionary attachment or an interim injunction decision without giving any guarantee.
3) The TENANT cannot take the vehicles out of the borders of Türkiye. Otherwise, all damages that have arisen or will arise will be borne by the TENANT. In the event that the vehicle, which was taken abroad without the approval of WOWCAR, is not returned, the vehicle cost will be covered by the TENANT.

4) The TENANT is obliged to pay the items specified in the contract upon WOWCAR's request, under the conditions determined by WOWCAR.
5) MERSIN Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to settle disputes arising from this contract.
